The first 90% of our allocation of 2,000 tickets for this fixture sold out to Bondholders, Away Scheme Members and Season Ticket Holders with 27+ Loyalty Points. The remaining 10% (200 tickets) were then made available by a ballot process for Season Ticket Holders who had yet to purchase for this fixture. The ballot closed at 12pm on Monday 27 July, with 2,380 applications received from Season Ticket Holders.

Important Information

Tickets will be issued in an NFC Digital format for this fixture and will be distributed by email from the West Ham United Ticket Office in the week of the fixture date.

Concession Tickets

Burnley operate strict age checks for all concession tickets. If a supporter fails to produce the relevant proof of concession status, they will be required to purchase a new ticket for the game. No refund will be given for the concession ticket. There will be no ticket upgrades on the day of the game.

• Burnley Football Club has a licensed safe standing area; standing will only be permitted in the areas highlighted as Safe Standing.

• Supporters aged 15 years or younger must be accompanied by an adult aged 18+
