Calling all Junior Hammers! We know how fun it is to win cool stash and experiences, so we’re launching this brand-new page on which we’ll host regular competitions for all our junior fans to get involved in. Check back here regularly for the most up to date competitions and exciting giveaways.
COMPETITION TIME!
We’re excited to offer Junior Season Ticket Holders the opportunity to get to experience matchdays from behind the scenes.
At the fixture against Luton Town on Saturday 11 May, young fans will be offered the opportunity to take on a matchday role and work alongside Club staff for an exclusive matchday experience. Junior fans will get the chance to experience what it’s like to work for West Ham United and see all that goes on in the lead up to kick-off at London Stadium.
We’re inviting Junior Season Ticket Holders between the ages of 13 and 17 to enter to take part in one of the below experiences across the Club:
Editorial
This junior fan will get to assist our editorial team with creating a match report from the fixture, as they watch the match in the exclusive Press Box amongst all other reporters and media. This young fan also will get the opportunity to submit some of their favourite photos from the season so far to be published in an online gallery.
Communications
Spend matchday with our communications team, who work closely with all media and press on a matchday. Before the match, this junior Season Ticket Holder will assist the communications team with player arrivals and see the press room and media facilities at London Stadium. They will experience watching the match in the exclusive Press Box alongside all press and media, and even write up a press report from the first half.
Events
A junior fan has the opportunity to spend matchday with the team who produce the matchday content. They will support in the full pre-match show, including pitch-side interviews, announcing the team line up and hosting the half-time quiz.
Club photographer
Assist one of our official matchday photographers in capturing images of all pre-match activity at the fixture, that could be used on the website and official Club channels.
Grounds Team
Experience London Stadium from the most exclusive area, the pitch, by assisting our grounds staff to prepare the pitch for matchday.

If you would like to get involved, please complete the form below, telling us which role you would like to experience, and outlining why you would like to take part.
Either
- Submit a short video explaining why you think we should select you for the role
- Submit a written application of 200 words outlining why we should select you for your chosen role
Entries close on Friday 3 May 2024, at 12pm and selected participants for the Junior Takeover will be contacted during week commencing Monday 6 May 2024.
Please note, applications are open to all Junior Season Ticket holders aged 13-17. As these roles are pre-match, you will need to be available to attend the Luton game from as early as 10am. Please take that into consideration when applying for a role.
